Nplate - Muscle was created by Joerg
All,

I'm on Nplate for ~4 years. I recently noticed that I have involuntary muscle contractions in my lower legs. This is worest about 3 days after my injection and becomes better after 5 days.
I also have some kind of tightness in the muscles. It feels like I'm going to have a cramp.

This is indeed listed as a sideeffect of Nplate, but I wondered if other folks really have this?

Thanks,
j

P.S.
I had it checked by neurologist and there is no other disease causing this.

Have you tried taking Potassium or Magnesium? They can help a lot with muscle tightening.
