I don't feel great. I had my first treatment Thursday with a reaction. I felt wound up that evening. Gosh, last evening and today I feel like my heart is jumping. It feels like my whole body is rocking like I drank several pots of coffee. This stuff does affect you or so I believe. I have three more to go. Yuk.

Anyone else feel or felt odd on this treatment?

Did you have Solumedrol (steroid) as a pre-treatment? Most do. If so, it's possible that you are experiencing the side effects of that. Those are odd side effects for Rituxan.

Not that I am aware of, just Tylenol and Benadryl.

I did not have any reaction to the rituxan so I cannot add any insight. However, it seems like people who do have a side effect seem to get some positive response from rituxan. Hopefully that will be the silver lining. What was your count before the treatment?

I was 52. I hope it is a silver lining. I will have three more treatments. I had a bone marrow done this past Wednesday, so waiting to hear those results, too.

Hope you are well!!

Some people have a paradoxical reaction to Benadryl, so that's possible too. I find that with benadryl I feel sedated but then after a few hours I feel agitated.

I had my 2nd Rituxan treatment last week. I had those same reactions to Rituxan on my first and second treatment... feeling tired, heart beating too fast. Other reactions I've had: sore throat during and after treatment, feet curling every morning on their own(feels like locking up).
