Amy Meyers book and approach was created by happy chick
I have just bought the book by Amy Meyers called the autoimmune solution.I was wondering if anybody here has tried her approach and if so what the results were.

I am considering giving the 30 day plan a go .....

I saw that book at the library a few days ago and wondered if it would be worth reading. From what I know about autoimmune disorders and nutrition, there's not much reason to think that a diet would have a significant effect. Then again, it may. If you try it, please report your results. I for one would be interested to know.

Hi Aoi I am thinking about it so will report back if I do.

I have skimmed several chapters and it is interesting .Lots of info about the gut being linked to auto immune disorders, which I was unaware of.

I will keep you posted.
