Telly,

Make sure she is in good medical hands. Tell us where you are located and perhaps someone in your area can help find her a doctor she can trust.

Do you know why she has had several bone biopsies? Are there other problems in her blood work? Unless something else is odd in her blood work, biopsies are not routinely given for ITP.

Has she been tested for the various infections that can cause ITP?
How low are her platelets?
The next step would probably be Promacta or NPlate, which are drugs to stimulate production of platelets.

My wife also has ITP and I know how hard it can be and how responsible you feel for her care. Hang in there!
