I may be hard to recommend a second line treatment as the effects are most likely different for each individual. In my case I was given Prednisone, IVIG (Intragam), Cyclosporine, Rituximab, Dexamethasone, Tranexamic Acid and Dapsone - unfortunately all to no avail and each had their own side effects (headaches, brain fog, hand trembles, reduced blood oxygen levels, sleeplessness and skin rashes)
The only drug that worked for me was NPlate and the side effect of a mild headache was a small price to pay to get my platelet count from below 5 to above 30 and eventually to stabilise at 200 when I deemed in remission and the treatment discontinued some 3 months ago now.
