I have had ITP know for 26 YRS MY SPLEEN REMOVED 25 yrs ago, and know for the last 5 yrs my platelets are high around 450, 000 to sometimes 600, 000 and my white blood count is high around 18, 000 the dr say I'm fine just take asprin. I'm tired all the time and sick Anyone dealing with this that can give some helpful tips

Have you had any blood work to check for Vitamin deficiencies or other problems like thyroid disorders? It's likely that you could have something else going on that could be easily fixed.

I just did all the test back in jan and they all came back fine. Like right know I came down with ear infection and my platelet are at 458, 000 and white blood count is 22, 000 this one dr I talked to said my itp is going in reverse I am very confused

Ha, I think he just meant that your counts are heading to the above normal side.

I don't think it's possible to have 'all' of the tests. There could have been some things missed. Sometimes having a vitamin level on the low end of the reference range can cause symptoms like fatigue.
