Can someone use my promacta? was created by RHofm50129
A couple days before I was supposed to start using promacta, everything turned around for me, and I decided not to take it-- luckily. Anyway, $5,000 worth of promacta, still sealed, is in my drawer. I think it is illegal to give prescription medecine to anyone else. Is this right? Do you think I could give it to my doctor and he could give it to someone else? It seems such a waste to throw it away.

Roberta,

That is very nice of you to think of that. I have donated meds to our local free clinic up here in the Fort Wayne office. Matthew 25 is what it is called. I bet if you googled free clinic for Indy you would fine a grateful taker that would be legal. Good luck and again what a nice thought!
