Give it a bit more than 3 weeks....it gets better. Oddly enough, I found that a small bit of cheese an hour or so after taking Promacta helped with nausea. Not an entire wheel, but just a couple of bites settled my stomach. If you are in a state where medical cannabis is legal, that can help with nausea. Can you please tell me when your nausea went away? I've been on Promacta for 3 weeks now.

There is no formula for this. I always took Promacta in the early morning...around 1:00-2:00am usually, then went back to sleep. If I felt a little nausea when I got up at 5:00am, I ate a little cheese. For me, that settled my stomach. When do you eat the cheese? 4 hours before or after taking Promacta?
