Hi everyone, Im confused about my Doctor here it seems they are giving me a cocktails of medicines, I finished my retuximab last dec. 27 i dont know if it is working with me now because of the cerebral stroke which I have in between the treatment they ask me to take eltrombopag 50 mg as well together with prednisolone, to make the story short I had cbc last friday and my count is 317 they are still ask me to drink eltrombo 25 mg and prednsolone 30mg im confused, how I will know if my retuximab works if I still drink eltrombo and even the count of 317 should I still drink it?

need your help guys...

I wouldn't worry about whether or not Rituxan is working. The question I have is why you are being treated with counts so high? What caused the stroke?

ive got a stroke because I have very low platelet that time my count is 2 when im doing retuximab, ive got the internal bleeding from the brain I was admitted in the hospital and in the icu for 3 days, after discharged and finish retuximab they told me to drink eltrombopag until this time i have stable platelet counts
