Promacta after N-Plate was created by tgurin12
I know that both Promacta and N-plate are based on the same principal, but I do not know the specific chemical make-up of the drugs. Has anyone every had success on Promacta after a failure on N-Plate?

Unfortunately, I failed Promacta MISERABLY but had great success with N-Plate shortly after. This should actually provide you with a little comfort in that one can be succesful (and a God send) while the other can be completely unsuccesful even though the are in the same class of drugs. Hope that helps!
