I've feel that I've tried every thing and nothing seem to work. Was on Promacta and platelets dove and was put on Dex for 4 days and stroked out on the 4th day. Hem put me on Axaithprine started @50 blood dove so up to 100mg last week since then my blood sugars are high into the 400's Are these side effects that can happen while taking these med"s?

Azathioprine isn't known for raising the blood sugar level. It can take about three months to work so not a quick fix.
