For People who have taken Promacta/Fatigue?

My doctor and I are thinking of "discussing" switching to Promacta because of the extreme fatigue I get from the N-Plate. However, I have heard that there may be fatigue issues with Promacta as well. Has anyone experienced fatigue with Promacta? I would hate to jump from one treatment that is working to another treatment that may or may not work if I am going to experience the same side effect.

P.S. I know, every person is different and responds to each treatment differently, just wondering people's experiences.

I started out with NPlate. Hated every second of it. Not so much a problem with fatigue but the joint, bone and muscle pains weren't worth the high numbers. So I went to Rituxan, the first one worked for 7+ months but the 2nd one didn't do anything at all. Then came Promacta. It doesn't bother me at all. No daily side effects that I can think of. I've been on it for less than a year. I have been experiencing some ups and downs with counts lately though. Not sure why but it appears to be on the upswing again!

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

In the 2 years I've been on Promacta, my fatigue has been less than with other treatments I've tried.
