Rituxin will boost longevity of IVIG

I spoke with my hematologist about my theory that the two rituxin treatments I had boosted the longevity of the IVIG. I expected him to negate my experience, but instead he explained that even though the drugs worked in two different ways, the Rituxin's effects could boost the logevity of the IVIG treatment.
That being said, he went on to explain that because of the properties of Rituxin he would not want to give it over 4 times, and he would not want to risk using it as a life time boost process. His concern was over organ damage and the risk of encephalitis.
Anyway, it has been a curiosity for me, and I wanted to share it with you. Not that it will go anywhere.
As I said on a separate post, he is now suggesting danazol and I am very negative on this strategy. I will hang in with IVIG for a while longer. If it fails, I think I would rather explore promacta or nplate (did I get that right)
