Neither of those things, splenectomy or nPlate, is contra-indicated with Rituxan and there are people here who have had Rituxan in one of those (although don't know about both at once).

Yes. Gretchen (server) did both Rituxan and N-Plate at the same time. She hasn't had a splenectomy though, but that wouldn't matter (except for the extra immunosuppression).
