I assume these are Nplate side effects I am having:

Numbness and / or tingling and / or pain in my hands and feet, upset stomach, dizziness, and visual disturbances.

They "come and go" some days are very intense, other days, absolutely nothing. And this is a heck of a lot better than being all bruised and bloody and oozy!

I've noticed too that since I've been taking Nplate, ( over a year ), I have NOT had a headache nor a hangover!

Hello blkilianek
I assume the reason your asking is because your taking it? What dosage? Are you having side effects?
I took NPlate for a bit. The joint and muscle pain was more than I could handle. It did take my counts way way up, upper 300's, but that's not good either, being that high that quick because of meds can cause clotting.

I have been on N-plate for 77 weeks. Numbers range from 60's to mid 120's. Average is around 85. Side effects not bad. I'm not keen on giving up my spleen, yet.

Take care,
Mordii

Mordii, with your numbers, if I were you I wouldn't give up your spleen. I have my numbers in the 70k-100k range usually, I guess, and live a normal life. They are perfectly safe counts, although it may take slightly longer to coagulate.

I was on Nplate early last year and i am headache/mirgaine prone anyway and it made my headaches to the point of unbearable and gave me joint pain mainly. Didn't get much more side effects then that.
