Promacta didnt work now nplate??

I have been at 1 to4 thousand for the last three months while trying promacta and nothing now my.doc wants to try npl as te after steroids stopped working allergic to rituxan spleens out. Ivig no longer works, I would really like to hear from some people that have tried it did it work? Side effects? Anyone try promacta first?

Sorry Promacta didn't do it for you. I've been on it for 10 months now and I'm now around 60k at the max 75mg dose (took a few weeks to go form 4k to over 15k though). But it doesn't work for everyone.
From what you write, Nplate would be the next logical treatment to try. Good luck!
