:laugh: I'm so happy my daughter platelets went from 20 to 120 in a couple of weeks. i hope it continues to stay at a safe number. could it be possible to get rid of itp? at least for awhile? if her number is getting better could she still have lupus? we go to her apt on Wednesday, wish us luck.

That's a great count! I don't know that you can "get rid of ITP", but it can go into remission.

ITP counts have nothing to do with Lupus. Once you have Lupus, you always have Lupus, although it can have remissions as well.
