I have been in partial remission from feb 2018 with around 50 as my platelet count. Now Iam going every three months to get tested.

I do get purpura appear randomly and disappear in a span of one week, can anyone explain the significance of this?

Is it possible my platelet is falling during those periods and purpura is showing up?

Anything is possible Jay ;)
If you are concerned you should get a count done so you know one way or the other. Why worry when you can get an answer.
Good luck & keep us posted!

Jay, is it safe to say that scratching the area isn't the cause?

FYI. I would be remiss if I didn't relay JJ's recent report. She took Rituxan AFTER achieving her partial (30-80 count) remission via Nplate. The partial remission seems to have moved closer to full remission counts after Rituxan.
