When in doubt - check it out!
Ellbell all you have to do is talk to your doctor about your concerns - he/she can order blood tests to check for titers.
"A titer test is a laboratory blood test. It checks for the presence of certain antibodies in the blood stream. Testing involves drawing blood from a patient and check it in a lab for presence of bacteria or disease. It is often used to see if someone is immune to a certain virus or needs vaccination."
I had to have titers done because a tetanus booster sent my platelet count to the gutter - they wanted to see if I was still covered for that, pneumonia, MMR etc - titer was still good after over 10 years since that last tetanus booster that dropped my platelets, but did need a pneumonia immunization again.
