I’m a worried mom. My daughter is almost 5, we haven’t had a flare up In a long time since being diagnosed a year ago. I have been giving her Motrin and it seems like It has caused her to have Petechiae. Now she is coughing a lot, hard coughing from this dry cough. Should I be worried of her coughing so hard she burst a blood vessel in her head? She doesn’t have bruising just a bit of the Petechiae.
