My last NPlate was on October 5th, 2017. I checked yesterday and the platlets went up on their own does this portend something.
I just dont want to get disappointed like Jan\Feb time frame where it just held for two months then went back to destruction.

It's impossible to make any predictions about what counts might do based on what's happened in the past. . Any time spent without treatment is fantastic, and no one can tell you that there won't be disappointments in the future. All I can say is that you are able to manage ITP fairly easy at this point and seem to be one of the lucky ones. If you have to get more injections, you'll be okay. At least it's not every week! Keep doing what you're doing and hopefully you'll see remission at some point.
