i don't think you have this but i think it would be a good idea to put together.... a list of knowledgeable hematologists(on ITP) in the various states(america) and provinces(canada) and elsewhere. so someone new to ITP can look at that list and maybe get a doctor from there. this would eliminate the possibility of someone spending months or longer with some doctor that really doesn't no ITP.

Most people don't know when they start with ITP that their doctor doesn't know much about it. They just do what they are told to do. Some people never figure that out because they don't research on their own. I sure didn't know for quite a while that my doctor didn't know much until I did start researching. After I did and started to make suggestions, my Hemo admitted that he didn't know much and told me that I knew more than he did.

well at least maybe others who don't know it's available will now.
