Had steroids and ritixumab which both gave an initial peak to 90 and then dropped. Then after steroids had finished and a month after ritixumab, everyone I bruised which was frequently as my platelets were 30 ISH every bruise, instead of healing, became intensely hot and itchy covering areas as as large as my entire abdomen or fully across my chest and no cream or antihistamine worked. Even 4x dose of fexofenadine so 720mg per day didn't stop. It's not raised at all and maps the bruise completely. Would love to hear if anyone else has experienced anything like this, if it was diagnosed and did anything work. Many thanks
