I've been struggling with ITP for about 2 months now. I've been going thru IVIG treatments and recently had a bone marrow biopsy, which came back negative. On my weekly blood work my LD came back at 226 which is a little on high side. As anyone else had this and what does it mean? Thanks.

  • Male 69 Diag. April 2017 in ER with Petechiae from knees to toes 4 oral cheek blood blisters 3000 count. 3-IVIG rescues, 4, 4 day 40mg Dexamethadrone blasts. Best read 416,000 11/24/2020 (Covid+ bump) On Nplate maintenance every 3 weeks

This link seems to describe LD in detail. My weekly CBC test does not include LD so I have no ITP reference. However I had plenty of other low categories when I started my journey. labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/ldh/tab/test
