I know you can take tylenol since that is what they gave me before each Rituxan treatment. Other than that, sadly I cannot help! Hope your platelets are doing ok.

It depends on your counts. If they are good, you can take anything. If they are down, you should stick to Tylenol which probably won't do a thing anyway.
