Are you sure it's because of N-Plate? It could be, but there might be another reason.
I've had that problem on and off for years. About six years ago, I had trouble sleeping and would only get 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night. I felt like I had RLS in my entire body. That went on for two years until I discovered that my ferritin level was low so I began to take iron. Within two weeks, the problem was gone.
About three years ago, I began to wake up numerous times during the night and then found out that I have sleep apnea. That was fixed with a C-Pap.
Then about two years ago, I started waking up around 3 a.m. feeling so achy I can't get back to sleep. That is still going on and I don't know what is causing that. I take Advil PM every night and I think it helps some. It at least helps me to initially fall asleep, but I usually wake up.
I don't use N-Plate, but there can be many causes. It's good that you don't feel tired during the day!
