So I'm wondering if there is a support group in Minnesota. I've tried to start a facebook page to find others in my area with ITP but not a lot of luck so far. I would love to meet with others with the same issues but unable to find anything in Minnesota. Closest is in Wisconsin...any ideas?

There used to be a support group in the Twin Cities, we met a few times, about 6-8 people attended. Then the person who organized it stepped down and nobody else stepped up as organizer. This was about 3-4 years ago? If you are interested in organizing the group, you can get some help from PDSA, I think they have a kit for organizers.

I would love to connect with you and set up a support group in Minnesota. I live in Arden Hills, where are you?

I have been dealing with ITP since December and it can be quite overwhelming at times.

I live in Fergus Falls. I have a facebook thread called ITP Fergus Falls....Check it out!...Would love to connect with you.

ITP can be very frustrating. I have had it for 10yrs. Recently had another bad relapse but I think I'm on the upside of it now. Would love to help you with any questions you may have.

I have been wanting to start a group in the cincinnati area. The closest ones to me are Cleveland and Indianapolis. If you have any ideas on how to get a group started, please let me know! Good luck Minnesota group!

I don't think so. About ten years ago there was a small group that met a few times then disbanded.
