I just got a call from my doctor and my vitamin D is really low, I will like to if one of you guys deal with the same , I'm taking Prednisone 10m ,also. They are going to ckeck my count every week for the next 5 months.

A lot of us have had low D here. I did too and took high dose D once a week for 14 months before the level became normal again. It's becoming widespread due to the fact that people use sun screens and do not get as much sun as they used to.

It's fairly easy to fix, just a pill.
