Anyone can suggest any successive trials or new treatments other than steroid,nplate, rituxin (not candidate for IVIG or splectonomy)

What I said was that if you only want new treatments there's eltrombopag otherwise known as Promacta and Revolade depending on where you are in the world.

Hope - N-Plate and Promacta are the newest and are still in/coming out of trials. If there are any in the pipeline, I don't know about them yet.

You may need to know that AMG531 means romiplostim/Nplate and AKR501 is an oral TPO drug similar to eltrombopag. PG2 is an IV drug which is said to increase the platelet count but I don't know its mode of action.
