So how much can platelets fluctuate? My last count 3 weeks after dex pulse was 277000...then I did another pulse and 2 weeks after it they are 165000 so my question is can they just fluctuate that much or should I be concerned?

Hey Shannon! I wouldn't be concerned about that at all. Yes, counts can fluctuate that much, if not more. As long as you are responding and not crashing, you're doing okay. As hard as we try to find patterns, sometimes they don't exist.
