Count today 246k. Whew. Was a little worried, I had a lot of migraines plus tiredness and a bad chest cold this month. But it's cool.

Diagnosed May 2005, lowest count 8K.
4/22/08: 43K (2nd Rituxan)
10/01/09: 246K, 1/8/10: 111K, 5/21/10: 233K
Latest count: 7/27/2015: 194K

Can Rituxan be taken after splenectomy and while taking N-plate??

I don't know about the N-plate ?, but I had a splenectomy in /06 and did Rituxan last year. So far, my counts are normal. Hope this helps at least a bit.

Your experience is very encouraging since I received my Rituxan Rx 8/10. It "kicked in" about a month later and I've been concerned about its potential longevity.
