Yes, it does. I end up fasting for 8 hours because it is restrictive. Was looking for advice or helpful tips on what other people eat while taking the medication

I eat perfectly normally all day until 6:30-7pm and have a light snack ie a couple of biscuits or a packet of crisps about 9pm then take my tablets about 11.15pm as I get into bed. That way I am fasting in my sleep.
