I can't remember the last time he had a count but it wasn't recently. Surprisingly, he thought it would be a good idea to get a count to understand his starting point if he got COVID-19. So he took himself off to the GP and the result was a really steady 41. Roughly the same as last year when I think it might have been 49? Anyway I'm happy. He says he is being sensible about not going out, and that he's just staying in revising for his finals. Now I'm just hoping he gets them finished and gets home before he catches it..... I can't imagine him being 3 hours away if that happened.
I hope you all stay safe in this most strange of times

Gee, it seems like yesterday that Dougie was just a little boy. So glad that he has been doing so well. Didn't you take more of a wait and see approach? They don't seem to do that any longer. I was just wondering if that was the case with Dougie. Sometimes I wonder if the doctors are jumping in with too many medications at the present. I, personally, just stayed the course with IVIG and Decadron pulses. I almost made it to 8 years in remission, but when we moved out of CA, I did relapse (two years ago). But have been doing good since then.
Give Dougie my best!!
