Dear all,
My reticulocyte count have been oscillating from 0.073x10^6/mm3 to 0.197x10^6/mm3

Does anybody know that ITP might increase slightly the red blood cell production through an increase of reticulocyte?
Needless to say that I dont have bleeding.
Thanks

It's normal to refer to the percentage rather than the absolute count. Have they reported that?

Not related to ITP as far as I know. More a sign of iron deficiency anaemia.
