I'm sure this has been discussed before but what does everyone use when they have a cough/cold? It's hard to find something that doesn't have acetaminophen in it.

Honestly, the best things I've found are these:

Saline nasal spray, Vitamin C and a personal humidifier. Those three things have helped with colds/bronchitis way more than any drug.
