Hello,
I have recently been diagnosis with Polycythemia vera (ie high platelet count in the red blood cell. When the platelet goes high, i have to go to the hospital to give out blood. I am on this drugs Hydreaxyurea and Chropidogel to check the platelet level and to avoid blood clot but still realised the platelet count still goes up. my latest platelet count was 755k. pls i need assistance on how i can bring my platelet level to normal.

Most of the people here have a low platelet count and are not familiar with high platelet counts and treatments. Sorry. I wish we could help you.
