so my primary care doctor told me my platelets are remained low and haven't changed in amount in over a year, my MPV and MCv have been slightly increased also, i'm worried because i have had a history of medical problems ( like Chiari Malformation, Ovarian Cysts, raynauds disease, Heavy periods/ prolonged periods, and IBS) and feel like the doctor wouldn't send me to a hematologist for no reason, if anyone has any ideas or tips on what could be going on please let me know, thank you

Try not to worry. That is a good count. It is lower than normal on the reference range, but isn't low enough to qualify for an ITP diagnosis. ITP is defined as a count consistently below 100. The Hemo will probably suggest monitoring you, or he may just release you. Treatment usually isn't necessary until counts get below 20 or 30. I'm not even sure why he is sending you to a Hemo with that count.
