Bleeding Issues...TMI

Im a 30 year old mom of 3 beautiful children. I was diagnosed with ITP in 2009. I have an enlarged spleen and liver from it. I also have diabetes. On April 5th 2017 I had to have a platelet transfusion before having a c section due to my platelet levela being at 80k. That same day I also had my tubes tied. Before all of this I had a normal menstrual cycle averaging at 26 day between peroids and normal bleeding. Since I started having a peroid again (3rd since the birth of my son) they have been extremely heavy going threw 3 to 4 super tampons and 3 pads in less than 2 hours. My doctor put me on Prevera 2 months ago to help and it hasnt helped at all! The bleeding geta heavier and heavier each month! I never had cramps or pain from having my peroid before either, up until 3 months ago! When my peroid comes I get extremely weak, tired, dizzy, and nauesaed as well. My doctor ran blood tests and an ultrasound and said everything is normal! Can anyone shed some light on this? Or is anyone else having this issue? Please help me!!

How are your counts now? If you're losing blood, that could cause the weakness, fatigue and dizziness, but the nausea and cramping seems unrelated.

Have you had your OB-GYN check you for GYN issues? Maybe have your thyroid checked too? I'm not so sure this is ITP related.

Had all gyn type testing according to my doctor. Pelvic exams, ultrasounds, blood and urine tests. I also seen my endocrinologist to check my thyroid and other hormone levels. Everythi g came back fine. My platelet levels ranged between 90k and 127k the last 3 months. My hemotologist gave me a b12 shot and told me to take b12 1000mcg 2x a day plus iron and folic acid. I am anemic at times for no reason at all. Still have no answers. The bleeding and pain is so bad that it effects my daily routine, and work. Also passing some pretty big clots which I dont understand.

I really don't know what to tell you. I had those bleeding issues (and the clots) but only when counts were under 10k. Maybe it's all just residual affects from childbirth and will stop in time.
