Hi
My son is recently diagnosed with acute and severe itp.
Platelets were 5000 and was given ivig for 4days
Platelets stabilised to 100000 for 7 days then dropped to 5000.

Was given methyl prednisone and dexameth for 4 days and platelets climes to 160000 for 7 days.

Today platelet count is only 1000

This is a roller coaster and very stressful.
Please help if anyone knows of any TCM (Chinese medicine) practitioner who is experienced in treating ITP
