I've had an upper respiratory infection and went to my PCP. She noticed my swollen feet and bruising on them. I had a lot of pain in my calves as well, had a doppler and no clots. Now I'm covered in purplish lines all up and down both legs and small red dots. Since I also have secondary polycythemia wasn't sure if either could be the cause. My platelets have been quickly declining but still in the good range at 79.

I don't know what's going on, but it doesn't sound good. I hope you get it checked out soon, or maybe you already did!
