Hooray! I started coughing my lungs off at week 3 of prednisone. Finally, down to 2.5 mg a day and my cough has left me. It is so nice not to be coughing and coughing like I have been for four freaking months. Doc #1 said it was acid reflux and gave me pills that never did a thing for me. Hallelujah.

  • I developed hemolytic anemia in 1999 and ITP in 2005. Treatments have been splenectomy, prednisone, IVIG, and Rituxan.
