hello all,
i'm trying to conceive so,i've just started taking prenatals which has dha,omega3 fatty acids..i was diagnosed with itp 2 yrs ago but my numbers are not very low..i was luking online & found contradicting statements about the omega 3 ? i'm confused !
any insight is much appreciated

I've read reports that say that both platelet number and platelet aggregation are reduced when ingesting Omega3. If the advice is contradictory then that probably means that they don't really know so you have to make your own decision on whether you think the risk is worth taking.
