i m rabia 25 yearz old, i was daigonsed with itp in 2006,,but did,,nt know wen it get started,,,5 days b4 i had a normal teperature dat time cbc was done my platelets count was 32000 den i visit to doc he gave me stroid to take,6 tablet in a day,,my question is,,day itp pateint can happoly married or not,,can they b pregnent safely and can deliver baby,,my doctor said my body is producing platelets but my spleen distructing it,wut should i doo, my mother is soo worried about me even more worried den me she wanna see me to get married soon but i don,t feel gud,sometime tired sumtime feeling dizzy

Hi rabiaa, yes you can get married and do all the things in life everyone else can do. You just need to be careful when your counts are down.
It is hard for family members as they worry a lot, but you will be ok, how have your recent counts been and did the steroids work?
There is no practice run in life.

Rabiaa - have you treated since 2006? What are your counts now?

Yes, you can have children with ITP, you just have to be monitored carefully and may need to treat if necessary. Maybe you should have some other testing done to make sure everything else is okay, such as thyroid, iron, B-12, etc.
