Hi,

am 22 weeks pregnant with a platelet count of 65. This is my third pregnancy, was discovered for platelet disorder during my second pregnancy. I was on prednisolone right from the 25th week of pregnancy and platelets were increasing well. But unfortunately lost the fetus in the 36 the week, for unknown reasons.
After that, the platelets were increasing gradually but never in to the normal range until this pregnancy.

This time monitoring the platelets, and will be on prednisolone again once it drops down to 50. Anyone knows if prednisolone would harm the fetus??
