Hi! I am currently 11.5 weeks pregnant. My latest platelet count was 52K. It keeps dropping and I really want to avoid prednisone. My health food store is suggesting Astragalus root and Sesame seed oil.
Has anyone tried these ? During pregnancy? Any other vitamin/food ideas?? THANKS!!!

Heidi - those are not vitamins, they are supplements. I doubt they would do anything for your counts but I would suggest speaking to your OB/GYN before taking anything.
