hi.my dose is lowered now.everyone is telling me that the moon face will go but is there anything i can do to reduce moon face?

I absolutely do not know the answer to your question. But, I would be tempted to minimize sugar consumption and see if that helps.

No, there is nothing you can do. The moon face is caused by a redistribution of fat. It will go away. I know how you feel. I've had a moon face for years because I've been on Prednisone for the past 10 years, not for ITP though.
