 Dougie has his first count since March on Friday, so we are back to betting Pringles on the numbers. My guess is 25, but it's more difficult to tell than it used to be, so it might be higher. I pity the poor doctor if he has to tell him that football is off the menu again this season!

Waaaaay off. Dougie s count today was 11. The doctor is going to see if the local health authority will fund eltrombopag, but as the next appointment isn't until January, he is obviously thinking this might be a long process. Not totally sure I want him to try something else that might not work, but Dougie seems quite keen. Ah well, onwards and upwards :)

Thanks Crystal - yeah, I didn't like that news either! I think me and Dougie are just bored with the whole ITP nonsense now - it needs to go away now :)
