My 6 year ild daughter has lost her medical bracelet. I'm just about to order another one but I can't remember the wording I had on the last one. I like it to be useful for anyone looking after her as well as medical staff and so these are the lines I would like on it, but I can't fit them all on.

Name
ITP(low platelet count )
Bruises and bleeds easily
No ibuprofen
If head or stomach injury
Contact Phone number

Which would you leave out? I'm thinking line 5, do you agree?

My son is older so he has dog tags. I also had to fit epilepsy on it so I have

ITP - clotting disorder
Epilepsy
No ibuprofen
And my first name and cell no.

I figure those were basics and anyone can call and I can explain. I used to put my cell on silent a lot but now if he isn't with me I lower it at most to vibrate and keep it on my lap just in case.

For lines 2 and 3 can you say, low platelets bleeds easy, maybe put those two together? I am not sure how much room you have, but other lines seem important.
