Seems a bit strange? was created by grasshopper
My daughter came in for tea yesterday and I noticed a straight bruise accross her cheek. She had no idea how she did it, which is normal. It was also slightly red. I didn't think this was strange, but this morning I noticed the redness even more and it was really hot. By the time she went to bed tonight it was still red and felt like it was burning and she was complaining that it hurt, but there is no swelling that I can see and the bruise isn't really huge. Has anyone had anything like that before? I'm sure it's probably fine, but it seems a bit strange to me, what do you think?

My son had something similar to that. It turned out to be cellulitis. Required a antibiotic. I would just watch it to see if it spreads.

Hi, I was going to say that it sounds a bit like cellulitis I had on my cheek a while back, but I've been beaten to it :P I'd book a doctors appointment tomorrow.
