Not usually no, although I think mild anaemia can result from some treatments. Is your son having a problem with other counts now?

yes, they have been low but not by much at all. We put a call in to the Dr today & she assured us that had it been something beside ITP he would not have responded so well to the IVIg.

Ryan's wbc has been on the low side since all of this began. His hematologist and pediatrician always say its nothing to worry about though... so I guess they aren't too low.
